What’s another word for amazing?

There are no words to describe the feeling one gets from a satisfying and fulfilling virtual life. My word is “AMAZING”! In InWorldz, I have managed to accomplish a few things that I never thought possible when I was in “that other place”. This blog is dedicated to those things I call AMAZING, for lack of a better term.
  • Building things never thought possible before - I find it is easier to build in InWorldz due to the lack of constraints that were imposed on creators in “that other place”. I made a house, WITH A ROOF! If you know me, you know this is a huge accomplishment, as I tentatively approached building anything with a roof before, they scared me! With a little nudge of encouragement from my partner in crime, I was able to successfully accomplish this task, and was quite proud. The roof was just the beginning! I have successfully (with the help of said partner in crime) started my photography business, Picture Perfect.

  • RELAXING - This is something I rarely do, I am always on the go. When I first joined the virtual world, back in 2004, I did it to learn, then found it was a great way to relax and enjoy people and the differences they bring to the table. After a little time, I learned about building and being a merchant in the virtual world and forgot how to just RELAX. Here, even when I’m building or terraforming or exploring, I can relax. There is no one to backbite me or my friends, no constraints placed upon my skills or abilities, it’s just calm and serene.

  • Exploring - In my real life, I created my version of a bucket list a few years ago. This is a list of things I want to do, accomplish, see or experience before my time on earth is through. When I came to InWorldz, I created my virtual bucket list. What is amazing to me, is that I find myself exploring a little, and staying a lot. By that I mean, I find a place I enjoy, then stick close to it until I’ve experienced all it has to offer. Equinox, Creative Fantasy, Rainforest Isles…these are just a few places worth mentioning. I know I have a lot of places left to explore, but these top the list so far.

  • Making friends - I have some wonderful people on my friends list, those that understand the day to day inner workings of a friendship. They know when to hug, when to critique, when to laugh, when to empathize, and when to push. A few of the people I call friends that add to the value of my virtual world are Ayla Holt - Her talents amaze me, but it’s her humble and modest attitude that floors me. Babien Serente - Always there to encourage me and give me a great feeling of satisfaction. Sometimes I think he just says things like “good job” (as in what a little league coach would tell a young pitcher, even though they just threw balls to every batter in an inning) to me to keep me motivated..It works! Jack and Talia Fournier - These two people are two of the most caring and thoughtful people I have met so far. Ferrator Montoya - Makes me laugh, makes me smile and is a truly gifted and created..umm…ferret. Astra Thorne - Chrys told me she was amazing, but I had no idea as to the truth of this statement until recently. She is patient and understanding and I don’t know what I would do if she weren’t a part of my virtual life. Ahhh, that brings me to Chrystophur Silversmith a.k.a. Chrys. He pushes me, taunts me, encourages me, teases me, makes me laugh, makes me feel things in my heart that haven’t been felt in quite a long time. He completes me in the fact that he grounds my dreamtastic (yes! I said that) ideas. That takes me to…

  • Falling in love - I never thought it possible to care so deeply for someone, but Chrys has changed me, made me a new person. He builds me up so that even I believe I can do the impossible! He grounds me so that I make rational decisions. When I think of where I was, mentally, when we met vs. where I am now, it is truly amazing to me.

So, this is it so far…the things that amaze me. Until next time, find something that amazes you and write about it or share it in your own special way.
Blown kisses,
Heart
